BIRGTTAS BARN

 

  Vi har brsökt en fotoutställning, funderat att container boende verkar trevligt, sett att en " vindmölla "  börjat växa i skagen, vi såg en traktor köra förbi.  Vörådagarnas bästa, alltså. Ännu inte höstmörker, men efter midsommar ett visst vemod. Vi vet att varje år blir det vinter så tankarna kretsar kring jobbresor längs väg utan belysning i några byar. Kommunen har vuxit. Mellan de tre kyrkbyarna ännu inte tätbebyggelse, fast det kan tänkas några kalhyggen lämpar sig som bostadsområden. Det har med sådant som just vägbelysning att göra, några nybyggare gillar kanske att bo närmare en strandby, andra vill längre upp I backen, i lä för blåsiga vindmölleplatser...

  Denna vecka även frilandsgurkor. I kronor inomhus och idag även utomhus. Vi får varmare väder snart, plus 15 kanske. Så man kan kasta vinterpälsen då. 

  Here is a place I can hear the birds in the trees, not lawnmovers.  It is a place with all the usual trees in Finland and some new additions: a small maple that survived the winter and an oak tree. The birches just got tiny leaves last week. 

  Tomorrow also we are promised temperatures above zero, but then according to ten days weather forecast February will arrive with some more snow and a couple of degrees below zero (C). So today on the ground both wite and green and water puddles in front of my doorstep. This year the snowpile outside my window is not so high as last year, and I do not at all wish for more snowfalls. The "christmas tree" or Picea Abies asccording to Carl von Linné in latin, is "dancing" in the breeze. So I named the place "Den dansande granen" in swedish. Gran is the tree, but if you write "grannen" the meaning becomes different: It is your neighbour dancing, not the tree. In front of this in the yard is a rowan tree, rönn in swedish.
